We offer free shipping for all orders over $75 USD and flat rate standard shipping otherwise. Standard delivery times are between 5 and 7 working days in Jamaica and the USA. For orders under $75 USD the shipping prices are outlined below:

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your order within 10 working days, please send an email to orders@boxosox.club and we will investigate on your behalf.

To support the longevity of you socks turn socks inside and out and wash with like colours, do not wash at temperatures above 30 C or 86 F and avoid using bleach. Washing in a laundry bag and hang drying are recommended. Please exercise care when removing tags to avoid damaging the socks.

Our usual MOQ is 100 pairs, but we do allow for smaller quantities for samples during the product development phase.

Our standard lead time for custom socks is 30 days. Rushed jobs may be facilitated on a case by case basis.
